When you purchase a product, you will receive an order confirmation with details of your purchase and a username and password for your account. Your username is always your email, the password is auto-generated. You can change the password on your account.

Your password must be secure and be at least 12 characters, a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols are best.

Your username and password are important! You will need it to set up CultiApp if you have purchased products with our smart controller. Additionally, you can see the status of orders on your account and when you are logged in you also get a 10% discount on all purchases (you are now part of the Culti family).

Your account will be automatically deleted if it is not used for 12 months. You can write to us and have your account restored or you will get access to a new account if you purchase a product that includes our software again.
