Warranty & Returns

There is a two-year warranty on all products sold in Denmark. The Danish “Sales Act” allows you to complain about defects and deficiencies in a product you have purchased.

The right to complain covers all defects that were present, or where the cause of the defect was present, when you received the product.

If you want to return a product which is not covered by warranty and receive a refund, the following criteria should be met: 

  1. The product is purchased from our shop.
  2. The product was originally delivered less than 30 days ago (items delivered more than 30 days ago are not  eligible for refund).
  3. The product is completely unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and in a salable condition.
  4. Provide proof of purchase (order number or an order confirmation email).
  5. You cover return shipping fees.
  6. You provide us with the return tracking number so we can check the return with our warehouse.

Please contact us and our with detailed reason for your return on the form below and we will will provide you with the return shipping information and any additional details.

Returned items will require us to receive confirmation at our warehouse before the refund can be processed.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and via the original payment method. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded.
