Culti ApS was founded by Michael Lassen, an experienced marketing professional and self-proclaimed plant nerd. With a lifelong passion for cultivating tomatoes, chilies, and other delicacies in both greenhouses and indoors, Michael’s vision was to create a system that combines world-class functionality with elegant design. Over four years of dedicated development alongside skilled product developers and engineers have resulted in nothing short of a groundbreaking solution.

During COVID-19, the idea for Culti truly took shape as I built my own indoor growing systems for my family. Supporting Michael is a strong team of partners and investors, including Jacob Kildebogaard, who plays an active role as partner and CMO. Jacob is not only a dedicated hobby gardener but also the former owner of Frøsnapperen.dk. Today, he runs Madagascar.dk, where he imports vanilla beans and peppercorns directly from farmers in Madagascar. With a background as the founder/partner of the digital agency Ambition and his expertise in data-driven marketing, analytics, and e-commerce, Jacob ensures that Culti reaches the right hands.

We are launching our products with CultiKit as the foundation and will be expanding our range over time. Later this year, we’ll introduce CultiPot, a hybrid growing system designed for both hydro/aeroponic growing and soil cultivation with automatic watering. Additionally, we’re working on a series of Plug-and-Play growing systems made from wood and aluminum, perfect for wall mounting or tabletop use.
