Orders can be dispatched from another address, as the warehouse is not located at the address above.
Payment
- You can pay with credit cards such as Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
- We do not charge card fees.
- The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is dispatched.
Shipping
The shipping provider will be specified during the checkout process.
Packages are sent via DAO and are trackable. If you order for less than DKK 1,000, shipping to a parcel shop costs DKK 29, while home delivery costs DKK 39. Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after the order is placed, depending on the product and the size of the order.
If you order for DKK 1,000 or more, free shipping is available. Free delivery is made to a parcel shop unless otherwise specified in the order.
Culti ApS only ships packages within Denmark.
All delivery times mentioned in this section are estimated delivery times, which are successfully achieved in the vast majority of cases. Once the package is dispatched, the delivery process is managed by DAO. However, as the seller, we take full responsibility for ensuring the package reaches you. If the package is delayed or lost, we will assist you fully in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue to ensure the package is delivered to you.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at [support@culti.dk] within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return the goods.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Extended Return Policy – 100 Days (The Culti Promise)
In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 100-day return policy – so you have more time to test our systems in real life, with real plants.
CultiKit & matching accessories
- You can return your order up to 100 days after delivery
- We accept returns even if the product has been used
- We cover the return shipping
- Minor signs of use (e.g. small scratches) are accepted
- The product must be:
- Cleaned
- Complete (all parts included)
- Safely packed for return
Products not covered by the 100-day policy
- The 100-day return policy does not apply to accessories purchased separately (not as part of a CultiKit order)
- Third-party accessories such as decorative pots or external fans that is not part of the CultiKit package (e.g. Arctic) are not covered
- These products follow the standard 14-day right of withdrawal according to EU law
If you’re unsure whether a product is covered, feel free to ask us before purchasing.
What happens to returned items?
We believe in second chances – especially for products.
Returned CultiKit units are:
- Cleaned, checked and resold as discounted “Second Sprout” kits
- Or used in B2B installations, where we take care of setup and maintenance
Returns help reduce waste and promote circular use of materials. So even if you change your mind, your product can still grow somewhere else.
How to return a product
Email support@culti.dk with your order number and what you’d like to return
We’ll provide:
A prepaid return label (CultiKit & accessories), or
You clean and safely pack the product
Once received and inspected, we refund your payment within 10 business days
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a used product?
→ Yes, minor signs of use are perfectly fine (especially for CultiKit). For CultiLux, the item must be in good condition.
Can I return without original packaging?
→ For CultiKit: yes, but we recommend it. For CultiLux: no – original packaging is required.
How long before I get my money back?
→ Within 10 business days after we’ve received and approved the return.

Warranty
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means you have a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase under current purchasing laws.
If your warranty claim is valid, you may either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
If you discover a defect or fault in a purchased item, you must contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable timeframe to explain the defect or fault.
In some cases, there may be doubt about whether a defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect is discovered within the first 12 months, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery, and the seller must prove otherwise. During the remaining 12 months, the buyer must generally substantiate this. All cosmetic defects must be reported immediately upon receipt by the buyer.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at support@cultiplantsystems.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you can submit a complaint to:
- The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk (for consumers in Denmark).
- If you are an EU resident, you can also submit a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
