Orders are dispatched from another address, as the warehouse is not located at the address above.

 

Payment

You can pay with credit cards such as Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is dispatched.

 

Shipping

The shipping provider will be specified during the checkout process.

Packages are sent via DAO and are trackable. If you order for less than DKK 1,000, shipping to a parcel shop costs DKK 29, while home delivery costs DKK 39. Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after the order is placed, depending on the product and the size of the order.

If you order for DKK 1,000 or more, free shipping is available. Free delivery is made to a parcel shop unless otherwise specified in the order.

Culti ApS only ships packages within Denmark.

All delivery times mentioned in this section are estimated delivery times, which are successfully achieved in the vast majority of cases. Once the package is dispatched, the delivery process is managed by DAO. However, as the seller, we take full responsibility for ensuring the package reaches you. If the package is delayed or lost, we will assist you fully in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue to ensure the package is delivered to you.

 

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under current purchasing laws.

Failure to collect the delivered package from the parcel shop does not constitute a withdrawal of the purchase. If a package is not collected, we incur additional costs for return shipping and resending the package. In such cases, a fee of DKK 39 can be charged to cover these expenses.

 

Warranty

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.

This means you have a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase under current purchasing laws.

If your warranty claim is valid, you may either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

If you discover a defect or fault in a purchased item, you must contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable timeframe to explain the defect or fault.

In some cases, there may be doubt about whether a defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect is discovered within the first 12 months, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery, and the seller must prove otherwise. During the remaining 12 months, the buyer must generally substantiate this. All cosmetic defects must be reported immediately upon receipt by the buyer.

The item must always be returned in proper packaging.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at support@cultiplantsystems.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you can submit a complaint to:

  • The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk (for consumers in Denmark).
  • If you are an EU resident, you can also submit a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
