We’re experiencing minor connection issues with certain features in CultiApp especially on older Android devices, which may affect how your CultiKit controller works.

Please allways make sure you have the latest version of CultiApp installed and check that firmware is updated to the latest version 1.7 under “Controller settings”. 

Below you’ll find an overview of the known issues and what you can do to resolve it:

Connection issues

The issue: Sometimes changes made in the app are not being applied to the controller.

What to do:

1. Try agin a couple of times

2. Turn the controller off and on again

3. Restart your mobile device

Note: Changes to light intensity can’t be made while sunrise/sunset is running. Set it to 1 minute and try again.

If connection issues persist, we recommend deleting the controller under “controller settings” and running setup again. Contact us via chat or contact form if you need help.
