Orders & Delivery

  1. Select “Products” from the menu and select “Add to cart” or click  image on the products you want to view.
  2. Check your order in the “Mini Cart” on the right and choose “Go to Cart” if you wish to review order or “Checkout” to order now.
  3. In “Checout” fill in your information and ensure that your name, address, phone number and email are correct.
  4. Select your preferred payment method.
  5. Fill in your payment information, click and approve.

When the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. We will send an email when we have shipped your order.

We accept major credit cards such as Dankort, VISA and Mastercard, as well as Mobile Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

If you have received a discount code or gift card with a code, simply enter the code in the “Discount Code” field in Cart or Checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will be deducted from your order summary. If the code is invalid or expired, you will be informed about this.

If you have received a gift card with an invalid code, please contact us and provide the reference number from the gift card.

We typically ship your order within 2 business days after placing it. Depending on the delivery method, your order will arrive 2-5 days after ordering.

If the order has not been shipped, you can write to us and ask if we can change the delivery address. Please remember to provide your order number and use the same email address and phone number you used when placing the order.

If you order for a company, you can select “Company” at checkout and fill in the company name (add VAT number together with company name so it appears on your invoice).

If the order has not been dispatched, you can contact us and ask if we can cancel the order. You always have a 14-day return policy on the order if you have not opened it yet.

There is a two-year warranty on all products sold in Denmark. Contact us if you experience issues with your product, we are ready to help.

If you want to return a product and receive a refund, the following criteria should be met: 

  1. The product is purchased from our shop.
  2. The product was originally delivered less than 30 days ago (items delivered more than 30 days ago are not  eligible for refund).
  3. The product is completely unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and in a salable condition.
  4. Provide proof of purchase (order number or an order confirmation email).
  5. You cover return shipping fees.
  6. You provide us with the return tracking number so we can check the return with our warehouse.

Please contact us and write a detailed reason for your return and we will provide you with shipping information if your product is eligible for return.

You will receive an order confirmation when you buy CultiKit with details about your purchase including username and passeord to your account. Log in to your account.

Access to your account is shown in your order confirmation. Your username is usually your email address. If you have problems with your password, you can create a new one here. Contact us if you still have issues accessing your account.

Your password is given in your order confirmation email. Under My Account you can change your password. Make a new password here if you have problems.

Your account will be automatically deleted if it is not used for 12 months. You can write to us and have your account restored or you will get access to a new account if you purchase a product that includes our software again.
