When the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. We will send an email when we have shipped your order.
We accept major credit cards such as Dankort, VISA and Mastercard, as well as Mobile Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
If you have received a discount code or gift card with a code, simply enter the code in the “Discount Code” field in Cart or Checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will be deducted from your order summary. If the code is invalid or expired, you will be informed about this.
If you have received a gift card with an invalid code, please contact us and provide the reference number from the gift card.
We typically ship your order within 2 business days after placing it. Depending on the delivery method, your order will arrive 2-5 days after ordering.
If the order has not been shipped, you can write to us and ask if we can change the delivery address. Please remember to provide your order number and use the same email address and phone number you used when placing the order.
If you order for a company, you can select “Company” at checkout and fill in the company name (add VAT number together with company name so it appears on your invoice).
If the order has not been dispatched, you can contact us and ask if we can cancel the order. You always have a 14-day return policy on the order if you have not opened it yet.
